1. The electric hoist
(1) The brake pads are too tight.
(2) Fatigue operation of internal parts of electric hoist.
(3) The transmission parts of the electric hoist are obstructed.
(4) The temperature of the electric hoist is too high or the load is high.
High-load operation of the electric hoist will cause the brake pads to loosen and tighten with high intensity. Causes brake pad fatigue.
2. Wheel-rail
(1) Readjust (or trim) the stop or buffer to a symmetrical structure.
(2) Add counterweight on the passive side.
3. The electric hoist
(1) The power supply system does not send power to the electric hoist.
(2) The electrical appliances in the main and control circuits of the electric hoist are damaged, the lines are disconnected, or the contacts are poor.
The main and control circuits need to be inspected. During the inspection, in order to prevent the power supply from the main and control circuits to the three-phase motor from missing a phase and burning the motor, the hoist motor needs to be disconnected from the power line and only the main and control circuits are powered. Touch the start and stop switches to check and analyze the working conditions of the control appliances and circuits, repair or replace the problematic appliances or circuits, and retest the vehicle after there are no faults;
(3) The voltage at the motor terminal of the electric hoist is more than 10% lower than the rated voltage, and the starting torque of the motor is too small, making the hoist unable to lift the goods.
4.
(1) The contactor is faulty.
(2) The motor makes abnormal noise
